Before you start

You need the asset you want to send, in a wallet or exchange account you control, and an address on the receiving network. You do not need an account on the swap service and you do not connect a wallet. Everything happens with one transfer to a one-time deposit address.

Step by step

  • 1. Pick the pair and the amount. Choose what you send and what you want to receive, and enter an amount that is above the pair's minimum.
  • 2. Read the quote. Check the rate, the fees and the minimum you will receive. Compare routes if more than one is shown.
  • 3. Enter your receiving address. Paste it and check every character. It must be on the receiving network, for example a Tron address for USDT on Tron.
  • 4. Enter a refund address. This is where a swap that cannot complete is sent back to, so it must be an address you control on the network you are sending from.
  • 5. Create the order. You get a deposit address, the exact amount to send and a countdown. Quotes and addresses expire on purpose.
  • 6. Send the exact amount to that address, on the network named. Pay a normal network fee so it confirms in good time. Do not send from a service that takes its own fee out of the amount.
  • 7. Track the order. The page moves from awaiting deposit to deposit detected, swapping, sending and complete. Slower chains wait for confirmations first.

Common mistakes

  • Sending on the wrong network, for example USDT on Ethereum to a Tron deposit address.
  • Sending an amount different from the quote, which can stop the swap from completing as quoted.
  • Reusing an old deposit address after the quote expired. Always use the address on your current order.
  • Forgetting a required memo or destination tag on chains that use one.
  • Sending the deposit a second time because the first is slow. Check the order page and the block explorer first.

If something goes wrong

Most delays are confirmations. If your order is slow, read the guide on delayed swaps, and keep the order id and the deposit transaction hash when you contact support. A swap that cannot complete is refunded to your refund address when the provider allows it.

Questions

How do I swap crypto without a wallet connection?
Pick a pair, read the quote, give a receiving and a refund address, then send the exact amount to the one-time deposit address from any wallet or exchange. The service never asks you to connect a wallet or sign anything.
How long does a crypto swap take?
It depends mostly on the network you send from. Some swaps finish in a few minutes. Bitcoin deposits wait for block confirmations and can take longer when the network fee is low. The order page shows the current step.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Swaps work with an order id and a deposit address, with no sign-up. Orders you create are remembered in your browser so you can find them later.
What if I send the wrong amount?
An amount below the minimum or different from the quote can stop the swap from completing as quoted. Incomplete deposits are normally refunded to your refund address. Email support with the order id and the transaction hash.
