Terms of Service

Sense Swap is a website at senseswap.io (the “Service”) that lets you exchange one crypto asset for another. These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Sense Swap is a non-custodial interface. You enter an amount and a receiving address. We compare quotes from independent swap providers and show you a route. You then send your asset to a one-time deposit address; the provider performs the swap and pays the output to the address you gave. You never connect a wallet to us, and we never hold your assets.

We are not a custodian, exchange, broker, dealer, or money-services business. We do not hold your assets or private keys, and we do not execute swaps ourselves — independent third-party providers do. We do not give investment, legal, or tax advice, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. The only obligations we owe you are those stated in these terms.

Quotes are estimates produced by the providers and can change. A quote shows the rate, the provider fee, the minimum you are guaranteed to receive, and the deposit limits. The amount you finally receive depends on the market between the quote and confirmation.

You are responsible for checking the amount, the network, the deposit address, and the refund address before you send. Sending a different amount, on a different network, or to a different address can result in loss that cannot be recovered. If a provider cannot complete a swap, it may refund to the refund address you supplied, less network fees.

We charge a fee on each swap. It is taken from the amount you send and is already reflected in the rate you are shown, so there is no separate charge and nothing hidden. Providers also charge their own fees and network fees, which are reflected in the quote. We may change our fee at any time.

To use the Service you must be at least the age of majority where you live, and you must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions or located in a comprehensively sanctioned country. You must not use the Service to break any law or to evade restrictions we apply. You confirm that the assets you swap are lawfully yours.

• Keeping your own wallet and private keys secure.
• Providing a correct receiving address and a refund address you control.
• Sending the exact amount on the exact network the quote names.
• Reading and accepting the provider’s own terms for the swap.

We cannot recover assets sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or in a wrong amount.

Swaps are carried out by independent providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the swap. Providers may screen transactions and addresses, and may decline or refund a swap. We do not control them and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Do not use the Service to break any law, to interfere with or overload it, to scrape it, to attack it or its users, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or block access at any time.

The Service, including its design, text, and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Third-party marks, such as token logos, belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Crypto assets are volatile and swaps are irreversible. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a provider will honour any quote.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or assets, arising from your use of the Service or from a provider’s act or omission. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

We may change the Service or these terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
